The date is set for this year's Limekiln Lake Association Golf Outing.
Here are some of the details for this year’s tournament:
The tournament will be held on
Saturday, August 5th at the
Inlet Golf Club.
The first tee time is 7am. All remaining tee times will follow at 8-minute intervals.
Greens fees are $46 per person, which includes a cart. Please pay at the clubhouse before you tee off.
As usual, the tournament format will be an 18-hole scramble, with four-person teams (if you have fewer than four, sign up anyway - I will try to make sure that everyone gets assigned to a team).
Lunch will be available at the turn. $5.50 gets you your choice of a hot dog or a hamburger, chips, a candy bar, and your choice of a soda or a beer.
This year’s dinner will be held at the Woods Inn. Golf prizes and door prizes will be awarded at the dinner. Cocktails will begin at 6pm, and dinner will be served at 7pm. Please contact Karen Graham or Colleen VanTassel for details about the dinner.
To sign up for a tee time, folks can email me at tileach@yahoo.com. There will also be a sign-up sheet available at the annual Limekiln Lake Association meeting in July. Once tee times are set, they will be posted on the lake sign board at the top of the hill (and on this site as well).
As usual, we will be counting on everyone’s generous donations for golf prizes and door prizes. If people are interested in donating or soliciting a prize, they can contact me email.
